Dr. Mohamad Zein Saleh, S.H., M.M. earned his Bachelor of Law degree in 1990 from Universitas Pancasila with a specialization in International Civil Law, pursued a Master of Management degree in 2001 from Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, and later completed his Doctoral degree in Management Science in 2022 from Universitas Negeri Jakarta.

Before entering academia, he accumulated more than 25 years of extensive professional experience in the industry, particularly in Sales and Marketing, as well as in various other functions including Legal, Human Resources, Business Development, and Learning and Development. He has held strategic roles in several major corporations, such as Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel), and PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk—a tire manufacturing company producing the Achilles and Corsa brands, which since 2019 has been part of Michelin France, one of the world’s leading tire producers.

In addition to his academic career, since 2001 he has continued to practice as a Lawyer with Saleh Riyanto and Partner, where he has handled numerous corporate cases, both in litigation and non-litigation.

Dr. Yohanes Totok Suyoto, S.S., M.Si., CPMA. is a senior lecturer at the Management Study Program, Universitas Pembangunan Jaya. He previously served as Head of the Management Study Program (2019–2023) and is currently the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Business. Prior to joining Universitas Pembangunan Jaya in 2018, he taught at several universities in Surabaya.

He completed his undergraduate studies from Sekolah Tinggi Filsafat Teologi Widya Sasana in 1997. He then pursued graduate studies at Universitas Airlangga, where he obtained his Master of Science in 2009 and his Doctoral degree in Marketing in 2018. These academic achievements have provided him with a strong theoretical and practical foundation to advance his teaching and research career.

He also holds the Certified Professional Marketer Asia (CPMA) credential from the Asian Marketing Federation (AMF) in Singapore, along with several professional certifications from the Indonesian Professional Certification Authority (BNSP), qualifying him as an experienced trainer and assessor in customer relationship management.

He has also been actively involved in consultancy projects for various companies, including those in the energy and mining sectors. Throughout his academic career, he has authored several books and published numerous articles in leading national and international journals. He also serves as a reviewer for several national and international journals.

Dr. Edi Purwanto, S.E, M.M., M.M.T., M.H., M.MIS., M.TH. is a lecturer in the Management Study Program who currently also serves as the Head of the Research and Community Service Institute (LP2M) at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya. He has multidisciplinary expertise and is an active researcher and author at both national and international levels.

He is also an award-winning lecturer, having received numerous Achievement Awards, including: 2nd Runner-Up for UBM Best Lecturer of the Year 2015; Best Lecturer at UPJ in 2021 and 2022; The Highest SINTA Score (3-year) in 2021 and 2022 (UPJ); Researcher of the Year 2021 and 2022 (UPJ); International Journal Author of the Year 2021 and 2022 (UPJ); Proceeding Author of the Year 2021 and 2022 (UPJ); Public Leadership of the Year 2021 (UPJ); and Networking Initiation of the Year 2022 (UPJ).

In the field of academic publishing, he also serves as an editor and reviewer for various leading national and international journals.

Dr. Chajar Matari Fath Mala, S.E., M.M. completed her undergraduate studies in Accounting at Universitas Jenderal Soedirman and earned her Master of Management degree from Universitas Indonesia. She later pursued and successfully obtained her Doctoral degree in Islamic Banking from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.

She currently serves as a lecturer and holds the position of Secretary of the Management Study Program at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she is actively involved in academic research and community service initiatives. Her scholarly contributions have been published in a wide range of national and international journals, covering both research findings and community engagement projects.

With a background in management and Islamic finance, she continues to build a multidisciplinary academic portfolio, integrating theory and practice to contribute to the advancement of financial knowledge and education. She is also frequently engaged in collaborative projects that bridge academia with industry and society, reflecting her commitment to applied research and sustainable community development.

Cynthia Sari Dewi, S.E., M.Sc. is a dedicated and accomplished professional in the field of finance. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Jakarta and her Master of Science in Finance from Universiti Utara Malaysia in Kedah, Malaysia. Her academic journey has provided her with a strong foundation in both the theoretical and practical aspects of finance, enabling her to develop a deep understanding of the complexities of financial management, financial behavior, and the rapidly evolving field of financial technology.

In her recent studies, she has made significant contributions in areas such as digital behavior, financial technology, and small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) development. In the field of financial technology, she has analyzed how structural assurance, integrity, ease of use, and brand image influence user trust in peer-to-peer (P2P) lending services.

She remains highly active in conducting research and continues to publish her work in a variety of national and international scholarly journals.

Dalizanolo Hulu, S.E., M.E., C.R.M., C.R.P. completed his undergraduate studies in Economics at Universitas HKBP Nommensen in 1990 and earned his Master’s degree in Economics from Universitas Indonesia in 2001. He also holds various professional certifications in investment and risk management.

In 2010, he served as an economic development expert and management consultant, working on projects involving 44 districts across Java and Sumatra. In the academic field, he has taught at several universities in Jakarta. From 2006 to 2008, he further expanded his career as an Assistant Manager in economic and business development at the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Agency (BRR) for NAD–Nias.

In addition, he remains actively engaged in research and community service activities, and has published his scholarly work in various nationally and internationally recognized journals.

Zulkifli, S.E., M.M. earned his Bachelor of Economics degree in 2014 and his Master of Management degree in 2016, both from Universitas Mercu Buana. His educational background has provided him with a solid foundation in economics and management, equipping him with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to support his professional and academic contributions.

Before becoming a lecturer, he was a practicing Stock Trader in the Capital Market. Currently, he is the advisor of the investment gallery and capital market for students. In the field of teaching, he teaches many courses related to financial management, capital markets, and statistics.

He has conducted many studies analyzing the internal factors that affect financial performance and firm value in Indonesia. In the pharmaceutical sector, his research was to understand sustainable dividend policy. Meanwhile, another study highlighted mining companies, which emphasized the importance of capital structure and profitability in revenue growth. In the region, he also conducts comparative analysis that opens up insights into capital market performance across countries. In the post-pandemic context, his research provides a new perspective on corporate adaptation to financial stress.

With a deep curiosity about entrepreneurship and business sustainability, Syifa Hanifa Salsabil, S.A.B., M.M. began her academic career by earning a Bachelor of Business Administration and then a Master of Management from Telkom University, Bandung. Her pursuit of knowledge extended overseas through a student exchange program at SolBridge International School of Business, South Korea, which enriched her perspective on global business dynamics. His research now delves into sustainable business practices in the digital age, driven by a passion for innovation. Alongside academic endeavors, there is also a love for languages, with active proficiency in English and an understanding of German, developed through time spent in Germany.

She has made substantial scholarly contributions in the intersection of education, leadership, digital entrepreneurship, and data analytics, highlighting how campus-based engagement fosters entrepreneurial mindsets in the digital economy in 2024. Her collaboration in the field of educational leadership is evident, emphasizing value-based digital leadership as a strategy to develop outstanding schools by integrating high-tech capabilities with high-touch human interactions. Additionally, she earlier demonstrated her interdisciplinary expertise across business analytics and resource planning.

Windarko, S.T., M.M. is a versatile professional with a background in programming, graphic design, and academia. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Informatics from Universitas Gunadarma in 2011 and his Master of Management from STIE Pengembangan Bisnis dan Manajemen in 2013. This strong educational foundation has allowed him to combine technical expertise with managerial knowledge, shaping his multidisciplinary career.

He began his career in 2011 as an IT Support Specialist while simultaneously deepening his expertise in software development as a practitioner. With his creative talent, he also ventured into graphic design, mastering visual communication and branding.

In 2013, he transitioned into academia by joining a higher education institution as a lecturer, where he enriched his teaching methods. He currently serves as a lecturer in the Management Study Program at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya, where he continues to inspire and educate students while actively contributing to research and mentoring. Beyond academia, he remains dedicated to exploring new technologies and engaging in creative pursuits. With a strong commitment to lifelong learning and innovation, he is poised to make significant contributions in both academic and professional spheres.

Teguh Prasetio, S.E., M.Si. has a reputation as a lecturer in Human Resource Management (HRM) and entrepreneurship. Having completed his bachelor's degree in Management at Brawijaya University and master's degree in management science at Gadjah Mada University, he has been a lecturer for more than 30 years.

He has produced various scientific works in the form of books and publications in various research journals and community service journals, both at the national and international levels. In addition, in 2023 and 2024, he became an International Global Judge who assessed various business proposals from prospective startups incorporated in the Wadhwani Foundation network, an international foundation based in the United States engaged in entrepreneurship development.

Apart from being a lecturer, he is also actively involved in consulting activities with industries, such as the energy and mining industries, following his fields of expertise, namely organization and human resources. To support his competence, he has obtained a certificate as a Professional Lecturer and is a member of professional organizations, especially in the field of HRM.
